Get Ready for Our Arrival
We want to ensure your purchase is delivered successfully. Here are a few steps you can take to make sure that your delivery is fast and hassle free:
- Take accurate measurements to verify the product will fit in the setup location.
- Measure doorways, hallways, and stairways to ensure they are wide enough to accommodate your new purchase.
- Make sure the unloading zone and delivery path through your doorways and hallways are clear and without any obstacles.
- There must be someone 18 years or older at home to accept delivery.
- Confine all pets to a separate area.
Delivery Details Outside Our Area:
Small items ship via UPS and are delivered to your door.
Large items are delivered to your home by one of our professional 3rd party vendors, who will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time.

Our Efficient Delivery Promise
Now that you have picked out your dream furniture, our promise is to continue your excellent experience with Carolina Furniture Concepts by getting your furniture delivered perfectly. Our promise is to keep you informed of your delivery time as well as setting up and placing your furniture in your home or office.
We deliver to all 50 states. Our trucks make regularly scheduled deliveries to North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. If you live outside of these areas, we will schedule delivery with one of our 3rd party vendors for you.

What to Expect:
- A professional call from us 24 hours prior to your delivery to give you a 2-hour window of when you can expect your furniture to arrive. On the day of delivery, you can track your delivery to your door.
- Sometimes circumstances beyond our control cause us to run behind or we may be early with your delivery. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly.
- We will professionally wrap your furniture in blankets and carefully transport your pieces.
- We will place your new furnishings in the room of your choice.
- We will complete all set-up and assembly necessary.
- We will also remove all packing materials.
- We will offer you instructions on the operation and/or cleaning of your new furniture.
Have the area cleared of old furniture to make room for your beautiful new furniture that is arriving.
Note: We do not haul old furniture or mattresses. Please consider donating these items to ABCCM, Western Carolina Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Salvation Army or Humane Society. Many of these non-profit organizations will pick up furniture.

Merchandise Tracking & Pick-Up
Our merchandise tracking and warehouse pick-up service offers seamless management options of your items after purchase. We’re with you every step of the way. Contact our team if you have additional questions, and we will be happy to assist you.
Track Your Delivery:
You can easily track your order from our warehouse to your doorstep. You will need your invoice number.
Merchandise Pick-Up:
You may pick up your items at Carolina Furniture Concepts central warehouse or at same store location as your purchase. Items are provided in the factory packaging and may require some assembly. We will help you load your vehicle. Please remember to bring tie downs and blankets to ensure your furniture arrives undamaged. Please call one hour ahead of expected pick up time to minimize wait at the warehouse.
Note: Carolina Furniture Concepts cannot be responsible for any damage to your vehicle or the merchandise in transport when picked up by customer.


Safeguard Your Products
Carolina Furniture Concepts is a factory-authorized service center for the furniture we sell. We offer free service on manufacturer’s defects for households within our service area for one year after delivery. We will repair the item to your satisfaction. Damage from use such as scratches, tears, wear and/or color-fastness are not covered under the one-year warranty. Clearance items, floor samples and models, items used for commercial purposes and purchases delivered by 3rd party carriers are excluded from this service option.
You may choose to purchase a five-year complete care plan by ServeCo. Protect your new furniture against accidental stains and damages and get responsive, easily accessed cleaning and repair services when an accident occurs.
Coverage for Fabric, Leather and Wood Furniture:
- Breakage of frames, panels, springs or mechanisms
- Failure of integral electrical components
- Lifting of veneers
- Loss of silvering on mirrors
