I'm in NC visiting my uncle and helping to replace some of his furniture. My salesperson was Amy. She had injured herself and was wearing a big medical 'boot' and yet never complained as she walked all around the store with me for what I think was 2 hours. In the end, I purchased a dining set, sofa and lift recliner and am looking forward to the delivery in a few days. All sale people there were friendly and I would highly recommend this location to anyone. There is a wide selection and price point was competitive with others also having sales. No haul away of old items is the only downside, but that may be typical of this area. I'm not sure.

As soon as we walked into the store Amy was there to help us. I’m handicapped and unable to walk around the store much. Hooray! I finally found what I needed at an affordable price! I shopped Carolina Furniture Concept’s Memorial Day sale determined to finally find what we needed. Jeff and Amy helped me with living room styles, then Amy helped me with colors and fabrics. Amy even guided me with a last minute addition and four weeks later we have our new furniture. It’s lovely. Carol and Justin helped me find our new sofa and loveseat — purchased today and excited to go pick it up this weekend! Carol quickly greated us with a smile when we walked in, asked what we wanted to see, and spent time feeling out what it was we were looking for and recommended a great set to us. My mom went shopping with me today and my husband was not present. Justin was kind enough to model for us so that we could make sure my husband could fit comfortably on the furniture. They were so kind, not pushy, and helped us find what we were looking for. I wasn’t looking for a kitchen table, but may be back for one as I passed by a few I liked! I recommend working with Carol, she knows her stuff! The website is a little confusing and doesn’t do the business justice, definitely worth going inside and shopping!

We had an unexpectedly great time at Carolina Furniture. Just moved to Hendersonville so we needed everything. Joe Cole met us as we entered, introduced himself, and told us to look around and he would be there if we had questions. This was great since we do not like salespeople hovering around us. When we asked questions Joe was very knowledgeable and excited that we wanted his opinions on furniture styles and layout. We wound up purchasing living room, dining room and master bedroom furniture. We worked with Joe’s manager and we were able to get what we thought were great prices. Definitely recommend!

100% satisfied, all the way around, from my initial visit to the store, through the delivery process. I visited the store in order to buy a sectional and recliner. I was greeted very soon after I entered by sales rep Joey Corcoran, and I've never had a better sales experience. He was welcoming, but not in a way that made me feel smothered. The store is MASSIVE, so he helped me a lot by pointing out options that met the description I gave him (furniture needed to be firm, as opposed to the kind that you sink in to, cloth as opposed to leather, and compact enough that it comfortably fit mine and my husband's smaller frame size). I really hate shopping, so the less time I spend at it, the better! As I looked around and tried out differing options, he gave me time and space to think so I didn't feel rushed. Once I'd made my selections (which I opted to do over two different visits ... to double check measurements in my living room), he clearly went over the contract and delivery charges. The delivery charge struck me as a bit high, but I haven't bought new furniture in over 10 years, and we live almost an hour's drive from the store, so maybe this is what charges run these days. Plus, once the delivery was completed, I had absolutely zero complaints. Normally deliveries run HOURS late where I live (way out in the middle of nowhere). I received a two hour delivery window, and they actually arrived about 30 minutes EARLY! And texted with an ETA 20 minutes before arriving. And the delivery included unboxing everything, discarding all the packaging materials (HUGE benefit!), and setting up the furniture right where I wanted. The two delivery folks also patiently worked with me as I told them "About 6 inches to the right". "Now back a bit" etc!! I've been using the new furniture now for 2 weeks ... no problems have arisen, and I'm enjoying it as much as when I first sat in it at the store. All in all, I will definitely return to Carolina Furniture Concepts the next time I need new furniture.

Once purchased the recliner was place on the furniture dolly I brought with me then wheeled out to my handicapped van with a rear lift gate and secured by Kris and their furniture mover (sorry I should have gotten his name) it was a great buying experience
