Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product specialists are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product specialists for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, please notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving goods.
Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries; Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage.
If the product is damaged, contact us immediately. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. If your item arrives with minor or cosmetic damages due to shipping, don't worry. We can attempt to replace the damaged parts on the product so you can avoid returning it.

The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage and in new condition. Products that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products eligible for a return will incur a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping and installation charges incurred when returning a product, including return shipping. Items must be returned with all of their original packaging and accessories. Items must not be assembled or modified in any way.
If the delivery is refused without our consent, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.
Mattresses, Mattress Foundations, Bedding and/or Miscellaneous Mattress/Bedding accessories are not eligible for return once they have been delivered.
Special Orders Special order merchandise may be subject to a 50% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered. Please allow a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks for special orders.
Special orders are defined as merchandise available from the manufacturer, but not in-stock at our warehouse, specifically selected by the customer.
Cancellations prior to delivery Prior to delivery, any cancellation will result in a 20% restocking fee, except for a special order, which is subject to a 50% restocking fee as described above.
A one-time reselection, of equal or greater value, is allowed within 3 days of placing your order. Your reselection must occur within 7 days after contacting us.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
