Delivery within Our Service Area: Carolina Furniture Concepts offers a professional delivery service Tuesday – Saturday.

A Carolina Furniture Concepts representative will call you, and leave a message if you are unavailable, approximately 24hrs prior to your delivery and give you a two hour window of which you can expect to have your furniture delivered. Due to our delivery volume a guaranteed time cannot be made. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control can happen, so rest assure, if we are running behind you will be notified. If there are any changes that need to be made prior to your delivery date please call Carolina Furniture Concepts 4-7days in advance. On delivery day; please have the area cleared of old furniture to make room for your new furniture. Carolina Furniture Concepts will gladly place your new furniture in your home, fully assembled and will remove all packing materials.

Old Furniture Removal : Carolina Furniture Concepts does not haul away old furniture or mattresses. Please consider donating your old furniture or mattresses to ABCCM, Western Carolina Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, or Habitat for Humanity.

One-Year Service : Carolina Furniture Concepts is a factory-authorized service center for the furniture we sell. For one year after delivery, we offer free service on manufacturer’s defects for households within our service area. Carolina Furniture Concepts will repair the item to your satisfaction. Damage from use such as scratches, tears, wear, and/or color-fastness are not covered under the one-year warranty. Clearance Center purchases, floor samples, purchases delivered by carriers other than Carolina Furniture and items used commercially are excluded from this service option.

Extended Coverage : In addition to our One-Year Free Service warranty; you may also elect to purchase additional programs to protect your furniture such as a Five-year Complete Care on leather, fabric, and wood.

Delivery outside our Service Area : Small items ship via UPS and are delivered to your door only. Larger items are delivered to your home by a home delivery carrier. You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery time.

Merchandise Pick-up : You may pick up your items at Carolina Furniture Concepts central warehouse in Fletcher or at same store location. Items are provided in the factory packaging and may require some assembly. We will help load your vehicle but are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the merchandise in transport. Please bring your own tie downs and blankets as we do not provide these items. Merchandise not picked up at the Waynesville store on the scheduled date may be returned to the warehouse and must be rescheduled for pick up. Hours may vary by location; please verify pick-up times. Our customers in Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC, Columbia SC ,Charleston SC, Johnson City TN please check with customer service for special delivery services.
