The owners exceeded their own expectations; while adding more lines of fine furniture, obtaining more warehouse space and delivery vehicles, training more sales staff, and hiring a professional interior designer all to meet the needs of their customers. Word spread throughout Western North Carolina of Carolina Furniture Concepts excellent reputation of continually providing the best quality, the best prices and best service in the furniture business.
With considerable planning, Carolina Furniture Concepts opened a second store in March, 2007 with over 30,000 square feet in Hazelwood/Waynesville, North Carolina. Carolina Furniture Concepts was an overnight success in the Haywood County region.
